Getting started
New to UmpSync? When you accept an invite you set a password and a quick profile, then land on your dashboard. From there you can see your upcoming games, your schedule, and anything that needs a response from you. Most things are one tap away.
Availability & assignments
Mark yourself ready or not ready, set the days you can work, and accept or decline the games you’re offered. If life gets in the way, request a drop and the slot reopens for coverage. Assigners see your availability before they build the lineup, so keeping it current is the single best thing you can do.
Notifications
The bell shows anything that needs your attention — new game offers, schedule changes, and replies. We’ll also email you for the things that matter so nothing slips by while you’re away from the app.
For assigners & admins
Build the schedule, assign by rank and availability (or let Auto-Assign draft a lineup you review), manage your roster, and track pay. Full step-by-step admin guides are on the way — until then, email us and we’ll walk you through anything.
