Getting started
New to UmpSync? When you accept an invite you set a password and a quick profile, then land on your dashboard. From there you can see your upcoming games, your schedule, and anything that needs a response from you.
Availability & assignments
Mark yourself ready or not ready, set the days you can work, and accept or decline the games you’re offered. If life gets in the way, request a drop and the slot reopens for coverage. Assigners see your availability before they build the lineup, so keep it current.
Notifications
The bell shows anything that needs your attention — new game offers, schedule changes, and replies. We’ll also email you for the things that matter so nothing slips by while you’re away from the app.
For assigners & admins
Build the schedule, assign by rank and availability (or let Auto-Assign draft a lineup you review), manage your roster, and track pay. The Settings Guide walks through every option screen by screen — and you can always email us for anything else.
